Jaw crusher working portion is two jaws, one fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw), vertical (or upper end slightly extraversion) fixed to the front wall of the body, and the other is movable jaw plate (moving jaw) position tilt with fixed jaw is formed next big small crushing chamber (working chamber). Movable jaw against the fixed jaw do periodic reciprocating motion, sometimes separately, sometimes close. When separated, the material into the crushing chamber, finished unloading from the bottom; close, so that the jaws mounted between two materials by extrusion, bending and splitting the role of fragmentation.
This series crusher song moving extrusion type, its working principle is: motor-driven belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to move the jaw up and down movement when moving jaw rises between toggle plate and moving jaw angle becomes larger, push moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, simultaneously with the material being crushed or split pieces to achieve the purpose of crushing; when moving jaw down, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw becomes small, the role of lever spring movable jaw plate By leaving the fixed jaw plate, then the crushed material from the crushing chamber discharge port. With the continuous rotation of motor broken motor jaw for periodic motion crushing and waste material, to achieve mass production.
Equipment use:
1, is suitable for crushing compression strength not more than 320MPa various ores and rocks.
2, is widely used in mining, metallurgy, road and bridge, building materials, water, chemicals and other industries.
